Dr. Castellanos was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He completed his bachelor's degree at Miami Dade College in Miami, Florida, before pursuing a medical degree at the prestigious Universidad Iberoamericana (UNIBE) in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where he gained extensive medical knowledge and expertise.

At Primary Medical Physicians, LLC, Dr. Castellanos and his professional team provide seamless, personalized, and comprehensive health care services, including primary care, pain management, weight loss support, and IV Therapy. He is also licensed to prescribe medical marijuana to patients who need relief from chronic pain and other long-term conditions.
